Power Transmission Best Practice Case Study | Transmission Line Restoration

PROJECT FACTS

Data Capture and Information Analysis

On the 30 Mile Indianapolis Power & Light Eagle Valley, a comprehensive multi-data point engineered site analysis reduced the land disturbance and footprint in order to complete the work on time and on budget.

Engineering Application Alignment

Our services included the clearing, matting, installing & maintaining erosion control devices, stone access roads, and final restoration. Engineered water crossings with sediment control devices were carefully placed to keep sediment out of all waterways.  Innovative industrial matting was used to keep the impact on the land as low as possible.

Customized Task Planning

Proper sequencing of the tasks allowed for the different crews to work simultaneously to efficiently complete the project on time.

Knowledge/ Driven Work Modules

Clean, organized, and well-communicated work module allowed for the least amount of impact on land and local residents.
